Its been quite a journey trying to find inner peace with Jeets Photography™.
2013 was the year when a total uprooting of our then existing life happened, which set us on a crazy rollercoaster like adventure. When we finally found a place to call home, I looked at our journey thus far. For a while there, I was very much on the down low, keeping my work life on hold and focusing on aligning my prime concern and precedence with what makes me happy, trying to find inner peace with Jeets Photography™
4 years since the whole journey, I have finally found inner peace with Jeets Photography™
A whole lot of gratitude goes to my husband, my better half and true friend. He helped me overcome my anxiety towards my deferring photography skills and encouraged me to think outside the box I had put my self in. He inspired me to hone in on my creative skills beyond photography. Thus, supporting me in recognizing myself as an artist, who isn’t tied down to just one form of art.
The biggest thanks goes to God and words will never be enough to show my gratitude.
Now, I no longer use my photography skills for mere business and such, but more towards being in harmony with my Heart and Mind, and having Inner Peace. My photography is now the perspective of my surrounding. Its my point of view of my world.

During my recent trip to the Mustang Library in Scottsdale, I sat reading a book next to this large window. It felt so refreshing as though I was outside, sitting in nature, browsing through a good book.
Instead of the good old damp and dark library scenario represented in movies, in reality, most of my favorite libraries are modern and architecturally unique, but the feeling of being out instead of inside a room has always been the common factor.
A cup of coffee is the necessary drug for everyday. It’s the wake up and go factor as well as the lets do this thing for me. I love a cup of black coffee.
This is my fun idea of prehistoric beachfront memory jar.
To represent the sea, I have used glass pebbles of various blue and some green. A couple of seashells I collected from my visit to the east coast and a pair of miniature dinosaurs I have been carri g around for the past 12 years.
It’s a wonderful way of making a memory jar.
Bougainvilleas are uniquely beautiful. Desert temperatures as well as hard, arid land benefits them.
Duo tone bougainvillea ❤️
My rose plant waits to be potted while Bougainville petals collect around.
Pink roses in bloom
Beautiful pink rose buds ready to greet the world.
This is my first time seeing cacti blossoms. The colors vary from yellow to orange to pink to red.
Same red roses , just different point of views. This is the Don Juan variety of red roses which thrive in the desert heat. Just remember to water them. This variety of red roses are very fragrant as well.
Despicable me series has been one of my favorite movie series. All because of the MINIONS! Yes I am a Minions fan. I love them. They are my most favorite characters. Minions are cute, smart, very efficient, have their own language, and yellow. Here is my tribute to them:
I call myself a recipe pirate. Maybe, a bit non-conformist cook. The reason is simple, I dare to go off recipe. I do follow recipes but make some changes, tweaks or modifications along the way. And sometime i create recipes. Today is the auspicious day for creating one and here it is:
1/4 cup sweet dark chocolate
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg. Yolk and whites separated
3 ladyfingers (ok not okra but the Italian biscuits used for making Tiramisu)
4 teaspoon instant coffee
1/3 cup hot water
3 oz Brandy
Dissolve 1 teaspoon instant coffee in hot water and set aside. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe dish (use the defrost setting as this avoids burning the chocolate. In a microwave safe bowl lay the lady fingers and soak them with the dissolved instant coffee and 1/2 brandy and set aside. Add the remaining coffee in a mixing bowl along with the egg yolk and remaining brandy. Mix well. Now mix in the melted or softened chocolate. Stir well and mix in the bread crumbs. In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until soft peaks form or its frothy. Softly fold this in the breadcrumb mixture. Spread this over the soaking Lady fingers and cover with microwave safe lid.
Microwave it for 2 minutes remove and serve.
A word of Caution
: This dessert might be a bit potent in alcohol.
